1)Printhead return requirements:
All our printheads are high-precision commodity and brand new, any improper operation or substandard supporting products will damage the print heads. So after receiving the goods, please first confirm print head model and specifications, any problem, please contact with our sales staff as soon as possible. Any problem after the print heads are installed and used will be non-refundable.


 2)About shipping:

1.We will use appropriate materials for a reasonable, secure packing of your goods. If goods are damaged during the transport, please inform our service department within 3 days after goods are received.

2.We understand what you need in your business. We can give you professional advices, suggestions and ways to further reduce your cost.
